The FAA approved housing complex Anatole on MacArthur is just 6 minutes from the FAA center (depending on traffic), two blocks from the interstate, four minutes from the outlet mall, two blocks from grocery stores, a Walmart Supercenter, fast food, and full service restaurants.
The Anatole apartments have walking trails, playgrounds, a business center, pool, barbecue area (with grills), excellent fitness area, gated entry, an awesome theater room for parties or group study sessions (may be a small fee for theater room), stainless steel appliances, ceiling fans, super efficient air conditioning, and faux wood floors in the kitchen/dining area, and plush carpet in the living rooms and bedrooms.
The staff here is fantastic and will be happy to assist you; however, we are separate companies and request you contact us first with any needs you may have. The complex is built around a lake with trees, walking trails, and outdoor play areas. This is the premier site outside of downtown.
Avoid hail damage and rain with a garage or carport (limited number available) for a small additional fee.
Highland Pointe
The FAA approved apartment complex, Highland Pointe, is 15 minutes from the FAA Academy, two blocks from the interstate, two blocks from grocery stores and fast food restaurants, and just five freeway miles west of the corner of Reno and MacArthur where there is just about every restaurant and store you could need.
The Highland Pointe FAA housing complex features a pool, gated entry, on-site car wash area, vacuum center, free coffee bar, free business center with computer and printer, jogging trails, movie exchange, and 24 hr fitness center. Valet trash pick up from the curb in front of your unit. The staff here is excellent and will do their best assist you; however, we are separate companies and request you contact us first with any needs you may have.
Located in the award-winning Mustang School District, Highland Pointe also has two day-care providers within 2 blocks of the complex and enjoys the services of the Oklahoma City Police and Fire Department.
