Rooms are limited, call early to reserve your place before they’re taken. We’ll put you on our waiting list if you can’t get in right away. Classes are constantly being cancelled so there is always a good chance of getting in.
We are a separate company from the Highland Pointe and Anatole Apartments. Please contact us directly for our low FAA rates.

Short Term Visits:
$95 per day. Our rate may change each October to mirror the govt. per diem change——– 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom.
Long Term Visits:
$57.00 per day. Our rate may change each October to mirror the govt. per diem change ———- 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom.
Stays of 15 days or less are typically reimbursed by the FAA at the current short term per diem rate of $95 per day. Some exceptions are allowed; though you may be required to show you’re on long-term per diem.
